How long will it take to receive my order?

All our art prints are hand-crafted to order and so our delivery times are between 2-5 working days. Once your artwork has been printed (and framed), it will be shipped immediately on a tracked, express Royal Mail or DPD courier service, delivered directly to your door.

What process do you use to print your artwork?

Our artwork is printed using giclee printers, the industry standard for display in museum and galleries. We use archive quality inks to ensure exceptional quality, vivid colours and a high level of detail. We print onto high quality 200gsm, acid free paper, to provide you with artwork that will withstand time.

How do you minimise your environmental impact?

Our made to order business model means we can operate a zero-landfill policy. We will only use FSC certified paper and wood to have a sustainable footprint and we use recycled, eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure the safe and conscientious delivery of our products. While we design our artwork in Denmark, we print regionally, minimising our carbon footprint for delivery.

If I order a framed print, will it arrive framed and ready to hang?

If you place an order with us for a framed print, it will be professionally hand framed by skilled craftsmen. Removing all the hassle of sourcing and fitting a frame, your artwork will arrive ready to hang.

What are the dimensions of the frames and what material is used? 

Our frames are professionally hand-crafted using solid wood. We use a perspex front to ensure safe delivery, and this also helps to keep the weight off the frame, which makes for easy hanging. Our frames are minimal in style and presented with a satin finish in a choice of colours and sizes. Frames have a square profile measuring 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

How will my artwork be packaged?

Whether your artwork is framed or unframed determines how your prints are packaged. Unframed prints are sent in a poster tube, wrapped in soft paper to protect the print. Framed prints are flat packed with all necessary protection to ensure they arrive safely, ready to place in your home.

What if my artwork is faulty or damaged?
