All our products are made to order and therefore not subject to returns unless defective or damaged.

We and our print partner take the greatest of pride and care in preparing your order. If something has gone wrong, we are here to help! Due to monitor settings, colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen which is not considered a defect. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at and we will advise. You will need to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We may ask you to return your order to us for inspection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If eligible, we will offer you an exchange or refund depending on your wishes. For refunds, a credit of the purchase price and our shipping fee, will be applied to your original method of payment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
