Made-to-Order Products and Returns

All our products are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, they are not subject to returns unless they arrive damaged or not as described. Please note that due to monitor settings, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This variation is not considered a defect.

We are committed to resolving any issues you may have with your order promptly and fairly. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Damaged or Not as Described Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match our description, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt at help@inandbetween.co.uk. It's important to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging in your email.

We may request that you return the damaged/not as described item for inspection. We will cover the cost of return shipping when requested by us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please do not return any orders unless we have requested it, as we may not be able to process your return.

Replacements and Refunds

Once we have confirmed that your print is damaged or not as described, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. For refunds, we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price and any original shipping fees.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return once we receive it. We will notify you by email with confirmation of your replacement or refund.

Gift Cards

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
